By accessing this website (cyber.sssamacademy.com), booking a complimentary demo session, or enrolling in any training course offered by SSSAM Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Educational Programs & Delivery Tracks
SSSAM Academy delivers specialized cybersecurity and applied AI training through two distinct modalities:
- Live Online Training (Pan-India): Mentor-led, interactive virtual classroom sessions conducted over secure video conferencing with browser-accessible cloud sandbox labs.
- Classroom Training (Sector 14, Gurugram): In-person classroom lectures and practical exercises conducted on dedicated physical workstation hardware located at M24 Ground Floor, Old DLF, Sector 14, Gurugram.
Batch schedules, mentor assignments, and practical lab environments may be updated periodically to maintain curriculum alignment with contemporary cybersecurity frameworks.
3. Complimentary Demo Session Policy
We offer prospective students a free 60-minute practical demo class to evaluate our teaching methodology, mentor interaction, and lab environments. Reserving a demo session carries zero upfront financial obligation or mandatory enrollment commitment. SSSAM Academy reserves the right to reschedule or modify demo timings based on mentor availability and lab capacity.
4. Ethical Conduct & Authorized Lab Use Policy
All defensive, offensive, and vulnerability analysis skills taught at SSSAM Academy are intended strictly for defensive security, authorized vulnerability assessment, and educational research.
- Students must execute practical exercises exclusively within academy-authorized virtual machines, sandbox environments, or authorized local lab targets.
- Executing unauthorized scans, penetration testing, denial-of-service attempts, or exploitation against external, third-party, or public networks without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse of tools or violation of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Sections 43 and 66) will result in immediate termination of academy access without refund, alongside referral to appropriate authorities.
5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All curriculum materials, lab walkthrough guides, architectural diagrams, slide decks, and code examples provided by SSSAM Academy remain the intellectual property of SSSAM Academy. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access materials for individual educational study. Commercial redistribution, unauthorized public posting, or recording of live sessions is prohibited.
6. Educational Objectives & Career Disclaimer
Our certification programs are designed to impart practical, demonstrable technical skills across SOC operations, network defense, Linux security, and applied AI. SSSAM Academy provides resume architecture reviews, portfolio building, and technical interview preparation. However, we do not guarantee employment, specific job placements, salary benchmarks, or third-party certification exam passes. Employment outcomes depend on individual student dedication, background qualifications, and independent recruiter evaluations.
